Delicious. But I recommend using strong jam flavors to give them a nice punch (I used rhubarb/stem ginger jam and lingonberry jam). Pastry is light and delicate. If you do not like sweets. You will love these. Nice twist on rugelach.

Oh My God!!!! These cookies are amazing. I will definatley make them again. The only flaw was the dough because it tore as it got warm, but otherwise it was a success. It's not like I could have changed the consistancy of the dough anyway.

Mine did not stay closed either, but I think I did not roll them thin enough. They still tasted great, and reminded me of my grandmother, thank you for sharing.

Besides the few errors I made, the recipe was delicious! Will definitely follow the directions this next time around! 😆
