awesome, used a little extra bacon, used extra sharp white cheddar and parmesan and mozzarella. Didnt have any gouda or edam.

I used sour cream instead of half and half and a bit more breadcrumbs than it called for to soak up the cabbage juice. Turned out fantastically! This will happen much more in my household!
