this is a keeper. I used prepared tube polenta and just sliced it into a pot, added some chicken stock and mashed it up, following the rest of the recipe. hubby LOVED it. so creamy, flavorful and fast.

Delicious! I used less dairy than it called for due to allergies, but still really really good.

It was not good...the polenta was super runny even with simmering for all the simmering time, and it never firmed up.

It was delicious, the only way to describe the flavor is " total palatable orgasm"! My guests were blown away! One if my guests took the piece if homemade bread and sopped up what was left in the skillet! It was a roaring success!
