- 1 large potato (cut in small cubes)
- 1 onion (large, chopped)
- 1 green chili (chopped, You can use more no. according to your taste)
- 1/2 tsp. mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
- 1 pinch turmeric powder
- 1 pinch asafetida (Hing)
- 1 handful peanuts
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves (chopped)
- 10 curry leaves
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil (I used Sunflower oil but you can use any vegetable oil)
- salt (to taste)
