Not bad but not amazing. I think I prefer appel cake. I did it in instapot, 45 min steamer on high pressure and natural release. Added more sweet er as otherwise i thought it would be too tasteless. Also added walnuts. Served with margarine and extra sweetener. Texture was fine, and taste also OK. I like that it has no oil and little sweetner. Nice to learn something new though, as I'm dutch and lived in Groningen for years and have never seen this before.
