Directions
- Evenly spray bread slices with 5 sprays I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spray Original. Toast, then set aside.
- Preheat 8-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add spinach and spray with remaining 5 Sprays. Cook, stirring occasionally, 1 minute or until spinach starts to wilt. Season, if desired, with black pepper. Top bread with spinach, then eggs.
