This recipe works if you really like the taste of salmon and you have a good piece of fish. It’s a quick, easy way to cook it and it’s pretty foolproof. However, this cooking method does little to flavor the fish.
I served it with a package of steamed frozen vegetables. Mixed in with the veggies and a little salt, it was good. I don’t think unadulterated salmon is for everyone. Most people will want a sauce or something to serve it with.
