Turned out good, took much longer than indicated in the recipe, maybe my salmon was thicker. Spooned water on top of it and covered to help it along. Also added some garlic powder, umami seasoning to the salmon and a bit of lemon to the water. Was able to use the left over “broth” water as a savory addition to the farro I made as a side dish. Will try other poached recipes next time.
