Turned out really well! There are so many slightly different variations on how to poach eggs and I hadn’t found one that worked for me. This was easy and I’ll use it again

Excellent recipe! I used a lightly oiled soup ladle instead of a ramekin and it worked great. Instructions were clear and accurate. Thanks!

Cooked for 5 mins , a tad over cooked for my liking , going for 4 mins next trip , how ever still scrumptious ....
