- 1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon zest
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 5 oz. unsalted butter (cut into tablespoons and softened, divided)
- 3/4 lb. plums (firm-ripe, about 4 small, halved and pitted)

first attemp and i lose, maybe that was yeast cause, maybe next time all would be good
