  • 450 grams plums (cut into bite sized chunks)
  • 2 tablespoons syrup (coconut nectar)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 vanilla powder (tspn)

    Directions

    1. Wash and chop plums and place in a small saucepan
    2. Add your choice of sweetener and cook over medium heat
    3. Continue until plums are soft and submerged their liquid. Add the chia seeds and cook for 25 minutes, until there are no big chunks of plum
    4. Let the mixture cool and place it into the fridge
