    My husband it happy eating this instead of the shop bought alternative, which is high praise indeed. I used 1/4 honey instead of sugar. I needed to add a bit of boiling water at the end and 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum to firm it all up. I might try cornflour next time to get a bit more of a sauce.
