A bit too sweet for my taste - I think I would cut the sugar in half next time and just stick to the fruit. I mixed both nectarines and plums and raisins to make up the fruit amount, and substituted most of the flour for whole wheat. I think I would also add baking soda to make them rise up a bit more.
