I used plums and peaches and I liked how the plums gave the fruit crisp a deep red color. My plums weren’t especially sweet, but the addition of peaches made up for the tangy plums.

This was great BUT it is very very small servings for 4 people I doubled it and got 4 servings out of it. I added a ripe pear since I only had 5 plums. I had serious doubts about it before I cooked it because it looks very watery from the plum juice but it was delicious! Will definitely be making it again!

Awesome! i give it full marks...it was just right in terms of sweetness cuz we are trying to cut down on sugar! loved it with just a dolop of cream
