- 1 lb. firm tofu (drained and pressed of excess moisture)

- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 bunch basil leaves
- 1 lime (cut into eight pieces)
- 2 cups mung bean sprouts
- 1 jalapeno chilies (sliced thin)
- 1 chili sauce (such as sciracha, chili paste, hoison, whatever you like)
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 carrots
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 rutabaga
- 2 rib celery
- 2 radishes (thinly sliced)
