It is delicious and all the varieties of this cheesecake ( @WWPOUNDDROPPER has 12+ of them) rotate through almost every week in our house. A couple of tips. As Pounddropper says this cheesecake SHOULD sit overnight. The cheesecake sets better and the texture is more cheesecake-like. Secondly this cheesecake doesn't have a lot of fat to solidify so I always put a dry napkin on the top and in the gap of the cheesecake that is left by eating a slice. This catches the moisture and keeps the texture firm. Another thing we do is microwave a tablespoon of sugar free raspberry or strawberry jelly for a few seconds and drizzle it over the top. Best low calorie, low WW pts dessert ever.
