  • olive oil (for browning)
  • 2 onions (large, sliced and cooked, the ones used to flavor the wine used in the dough)
  • 2 fresh rosemary (4-inch branches of)
  • 4 anchovy fillets (small or two large)
  • 4 cloves garlic (peeled and chopped finely)
  • 4 ounces arugula (washed and spun or patted dry)
  • 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley (coarsely chopped)
  • 12 ounces marinated artichoke hearts (well drained, See note below.)
