- 1 lipton recipe secrets beefy onion soup mix
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 green bell pepper (small, chopped (optional))
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup ragu old world style pasta sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup Pasta Sauce and 1/2 cup cheese in large bowl.
- Shape into loaf in 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan. Top with remaining 1/2 cup Sauce. Bake 50 minutes. Sprinkle top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until done. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

I loved this recipe but instead of the Lipton I used diced onions red peppers and green peppers from frozen so I did not even need to add the water and sauce and it works amazingly

Very Good. Made Two 1 pound Corning Ware loaves. Cooked both. Two of us ate the one with leftovers. Froze the second.
