- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 1/2 cups bread flour (approx., recipe can be easily doubled)
- 1 clove garlic (mashed and minced, or garlic powder or dried minced garlic)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 oz. tomato paste
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 dash red pepper (optional Pizza Sauce for Canning here)
- 1 1/2 cups sauce (Store any leftover, in the refrigerator, or freeze for use another time.)
