This was great! I doubled the recipe and make it in a bundt pan. Took to a party and it was very popular.

Made it tonight, first day back from a vacation with dad out of town on business. It was easy and kids LOVED it. It was a perfect easy weeknight meal, served with caesar salad. It turned out perfect after 17 minutes in our convection oven and sauce on the side was not needed (but enjoyed by 2 of my kids).
