i made them as per the instructions and found them to be a bit soggy in the oven. after my first batch came out a little soggy, i placed them in a frying pan and they crisped up a bit. my second batch i immediately put them in the pan and they came out much better. next time i think i will crisp them up in my actifry to see if i like them better that way. i made my own pizza sauce using unico crushed tomatoes, Epicure pizza seasoning and Epicure marinara seasoning. i used bacon bits in some, turkey in some and chorizo in some. i also used a real mozzarella ball and added diced onion and red peppers in mine. although they didnt come out super crispy they were still very delicious! pizza is delicious tho!

I've made these several times for holidays and special occasions and people love them. Always asked to bring them again. Finding egg rolls is probably the hardest part, but I've found that Asian food stores are the most reliable source to find them. LOVE THESE.

So easy to make and tasty!!! Low WW Smart Points as well! Making again this week! You can find the egg roll wrappers at Walmart by the veggies and prepared salads.
