July 16/16. Excellent pizza dough. 1/3 cup of oil intead of 2tbsp. Used kitchenaid mixer with hook attachment. Mixed all for about 10 min. Let the dough rise about 2 hours. Made only 1 pizza and froze the rest. Cant go wrong with this recipe
