Really good, I let it proof overnight and then refrigerated it overnight again. It was chewy and a little tangy/sour. Will make again.

Really good and simple to make, I did have to add a bit more flour as it was a bit sticky but other than that definitely recommended

Too salty! Good consistency and baked well but was much too salty. Reduce the salt and it would be fantastic.

Mixed the ingredients in my bread machine for 15mins. Then oiled the dough lightly and put in the oven at 65c to rise for 75mins. Made two large pizza bases. Spread each base with tomatoe 🍅 paste, two teaspoons garlic and two teaspoons of Italian herbs and some thin sliced vegetables.Cooked at 195C for 20mins.... beautiful!!!👍👍👍
