- 2 tsp. salt

Directions
- Put water in bowl of electric mixer. Sprinkle yeas . Let stand 5 minutes
- Add flour, oil, salt and sugar mix on low 1 minute
- Attach dough hook knead on low until dough is small and elastic about 10 minutes
- Transfer dough to an oiled bowl and turn to coa . Cover withe plastic wrap and put in warm location until dough doubles 1 to 2 hours
- Use immediately or wrap and freeze for up to 2 weeks
