- 1/2 lime (a large)
- 1 Tbsp. pickle brine (dill)
- 2 tsp. spice blend (green chile)
- pita bread (halved and open to create pockets)
- 1 large egg (medium to, at or near room temperature)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (or brine from pickled peppers)
