- 2 pita breads
- 4 slices ham
- 4 Tbsp. refried beans
- cheese (Sliced)
- chipotle salsa

Directions
- Heat the pita bread until soft, cut into halves and with the pocket part opened.
- Spread the inside of the pita with the beans and fill with slices of ham and cheese. Drizzle with chipotle sauce.
- Close the pocket and place each pita into a hot skillet until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve.
