Awesome and I doubled the recipe and used it for my pizza. With salami, kalamatra olives, mozzarella, green onions and yellow peppers. I put it on Air Bake for 375 and 12 minutes. 453 calories and low salt.

Easy and yummy. Mine didn’t have a pocket but I’m sure with some practice it’ll get better

Made 3 small loaves. First one the temp was not high enough yet (just me being impatient) and it turned out more like pita chips, the second was perfect and for the third the heat was too high.
Now I know what I will be doing with my whole wheat flour... ❤️
