- 100 grams almond (powder)
- 80 grams sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 70 grams butter (soft)
- 2 eggs
- 30 grams pistachio (powder)
- 1 pear (peeled and diced)
- 1 egg yolk (diluted in 1 teaspoon of water)
