Abundant!! Wow, this was so much! The batter overflowed my pan, the top popped up like a souffle so I couldn't tell if it had set... it hadn't. I had cooked it for 65 minutes, the top started turning golden brown so I didn't want to risk over cooking it. The crust is delicious and and a nice touch vs the typical GC crust. It's very rich, it could probably feed 50 people. I added 2 heaping tsp of the ground up pistachios used for the crust into the cake too. This was my birthday cake, it was delicious.

My husband said it was the best dessert he's had in his life. I topped it with whipped cream and chopped pistachios. It's a keeper. I will definitely make again but will use a 10 inch springform instead of a 9 inch!!!!

Made it for Christmas. It was fantastic! 11 out of 11 of us gave it 5 stars ! Definitely a winner !
