- 150 grams red lentils (or Yellow Split Peas, Cook according to their instructions until just softened)
- 3 chicken breasts (Medium, Chopped into Small/Medium Chunks)

- 1 can sweetcorn (I used a large tin but a small one is fine if you don't like loads of corn)
