- 2 scallions (minced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/3 cup salsa (spicy)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 lemons
- salt and ground black pepper
- 6 chicken legs

Directions
- Place the cilantro, ginger, scallions, garlic, salsa, olive oil, lemon rind, and juice into the blender or food processor. Salt and pepper to taste and blend until smooth.
- Place the chicken legs into a glass or plastic container and pour the marinade over them. Turn well to coat and let marinate for at least 6 hours.
- Grill the chicken on medium-high until well-cooked and golden brown, approximately 20-25 minutes.
