- 2 ribeye steaks (1-inch, or 1 1/2 – 2 lb Flank Steak)
- 2 whole onions (sliced super-thin)
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 cups AP flour
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 6 cups lettuce (mix, Romaine, arugula, radicchio)
- 3/4 cup cheese (Crumbled Bleu)
- 1 cup cherry (or Grape Tomatoes)
