- 400 grams plum tomatoes (roughly chopped, any stalky ends and skin removed)
- 400 grams pinto beans (drained and rinsed)
- 100 mL red wine
- 1 handful parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 handful coriander (finely chopped, plus extra to serve)
- 1 handful oregano (finely chopped)

- freshly ground black pepper
