Really good recipie but I tweaked a few things. Frying the tortillas took a bit longer than the listed time for them to crisp up. Also, be mindful of the spice level of the salsa you choose; since you're putting 2 cups in, it really dictates how hot this dish is. Last but not least, I added way more toppings. Only half an acacodo and a sprinkle of cheese? Please. 😂 I also topped with steak which tasted great.
