- 2 beets (peeled & very thinly sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 500 mL green beans (frozen or fresh)
- 2 large garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 cucumber (cut in strips)
- 2 scallions (small, sliced)
- 1 head lettuce (i used frillice lettuce but whatever you like is fine)
- salt
- black pepper
- sesame seeds (to taste)
- sauce (my mustard miso, to taste)
