  • 4 ounces jello (Strawberry)
  • 12 ounces cottage cheese
  • 1 pound strawberries (sliced, Using an egg slicer makes cutting strawberries a cinch!)

    1. Put the whipped topping and Strawberry Jello in a large bowl and whisk until well blended and the Jello has dissolved.
    2. Fold in the cottage cheese and sliced strawberries.
