I made this for my children who are obsessed with pineapple and it was definitely a winner especially as all four enjoyed it I normally get one fuzzy one haha. It was so really easy & quick to make so I would definitely recommend this recipe.

I used a while pineapple. cored and chopped. Thus no juice. Substituted chicken broth. it turned out great.

Omg!!! I made this recipe last minute after realizing I had all the ingredients in the house for it. It did not last. My husband and I devoured it. We most definitely plan to eat it again! I baked my chicken I the oven though

I loved this. It was better the second day. DO NOT miss the step of browning the skin under the broiler. Probably to much pineapple.

The picture in the recipe has cashews but the recipe doesn't have it as an ingredient. I would use fresh pineapple next time and grill it to add some flavor.
