- 1/2 pineapple (peeled and chopped)
- 6 mint leaves
- 300 mL water
- 1 Tbsp. honey (or to taste)
- ice cubes (to taste)

- In a blender, place pineapple, mint, water and honey. Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes and blend until desired consistency. Garnish with sprigs of mint.
