- 4 slices pineapple in syrup (or fresh pineapple)
- 70 grams sugar (+ 1 tablespoon of sugar)
- 800 mL milk (I use semi-skimmed or skim)
- 2 Tbsp. skim milk powder
- 1 plain yogurt

Directions
- Cut the pineapple slices and let them boil with 70 g of sugar.
- Stir and cook over low heat for 10 minutes until the fruit is cooked and soft.
- Distribute the syrup by the yogurt bottles.
