It looks beautiful! I used Victoria pineapples. It smells delicious! I’m waiting for my guests to taste it.

I used a 9x 2 pan as directed but I was only able to put less than a half of the pineapple. I have not tasted it yet. I did cut down on the sugar, just seemed like a lot of sugar 1and 3/4 c for 1 1/2 c flour.

Best pineapple upside down cake I’ve ever made—or eaten. This one’s a keeper!

I added more pineapple purée and 1/2 a cup more flour to give me more cake. Turned out delicious!
