Amazing sauce. I put over the Costco Italian meatballs

Was very easy to make . Poured it over white rice, added a veggie and dinner is done. I browned my meatballs in the oven so it left me time to make the sauce.

Very delicous. The meatballs could have used a bit more flavor but overall very good recipie. Will make it again!

The sauce got a little starchy, but overall this is a very easy and tasty dish. Guiltily reminiscent of a cheap Chinese sweet-and-sour takeaway, but with a decent meat hit! My 3 year old loved them too. I was a bit more generous with the garlic powder and black pepper for my taste.
