- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger (EACH, onion pwdr, salt, pepper)
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/3 cup pineapple preserves
- 1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tsp. ginger (freshly grated)
- 2 tsp. Sriracha (/Asian hot red chili sauce)

turned out amazing. had allot of crunch and the sauce just topped it off after I put some rice and veggies in a pineapple bowl with the chicken on top of everything. awesome recipe 👍👌😁

This tasted good, however the clean up of the baking rack was unreal. The rack was sprayed with cooking spray, as instructed, but it took way too much time and effort to clean, nevermind the broiling and flipping of all these chicken pieces. I do not recommend this style of cooking, too much work involved.
