It turned out delicious! I had a can of crushed pineapples that needed to be used & found this recipe. I cut everything in half because I didn’t need to feed a small army & only had one can of pineapples vs the two the recipe calls for. I’d definitely make this again.

made this for Thanksgiving as an alternative to the 3 pumpkin pies. lol

This dessert is so delicious, and easy to make. Not to mention cheap! I used a whole box of graham crackers, because I added a layer of coconut butter cream icing on the bottom (photo attached.) Adding the coconut really set it off, if you want to try it that way.

So good almost taste like ambrosia without the coconut and other few gradients delicious!!

Tasted great. I might use more graham crackers next time. And there were a few things that could have made this go quicker (maybe everyone already knew to do these things, but I didn’t!). First, break out your food processor to crush the graham crackers. It’s more time consuming to do these by hand. Also, I’m not sure why the instructions say to use a hand mixer. But a stand mixer would save a lot of time. I posted this question on the website, so will see if a stand mixer can be used.

the pineapple dessert turned out perfect it set up nicely & was so fresh. I got several compliments on it & will definately make it again
