I modified the recipe to make it "healthier". I only used one 20-oz. can of crushed pineapple. Since it had heavy syrup, I reduced the brown sugar by 50%. I substituted half of the flour with "Old-fashion" oats and used whole wheat pastry flour for the other half. It was very good. When I make it again, I will use my modified recipe.
