    lol I started making this cake before I read the reviews. We started calling it the pineapple coconut 50-50 cake. Because half of the comments were positive and half bad. The cake turned out great I did make some changes one thing is I use traditional oil and flour in the bundt pan to prepare it and turned the cake out immediately and then slowly drizzled the glaze over the top of the hot cake which allowed it to soak in also added a tablespoon of lemon juice to the glaze The texture is different but you put a can of crushed pineapple in it so what do you expect? it was great it disappeared
