Turned out great. The marinade had great flavor which I let marinade over night. I also used zucchini from the garden. was a hit at the family picnic.

Delicious will definately make again and again. So easy to prepare I actually used garlic paste instead of grating, blends better and comes in convinent tubes. A pretty dish to make for company I make it with rice pilaf.

Delicious. I followed the recipe almost exactly. I used a fresh pineapple, but used canned pineapple juice since we don't have the oxo tool she mentions in the directions. Otherwise I followed the recipe exactly. Sweet and tangy and perfect on the grill. We had it two nights in a row!! New favorite.
