I had some pineapple left over from another recipe, that I wanted to use up. It wasn't enough for this recipe so I chopped up some fresh strawberries and added them to make up the fruit content. I also sprinkled some cinnamon and nutmeg on top before I put it in the oven. It was delish! The cheese on top really added another bit of goodness. We loved it. Thanks.
