Delicious!!! I love that this uses almond meal- it keeps it moist. I also like how it uses oil instead of butter and uses sour cream- both assure for a moist cake that will stay moist longer than a butter cake. The cardamom is a perfect compliment to the pineapple! The only change I made was double the topping. Worth making for sure and I'm very picky!
