- 1 tsp. oil (organic safflower)
- 8 cloves garlic
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 medium onion (chopped or minced)
- 1 tsp. coriander powder
- 2 tsp. masala
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne
- 1 tsp. amchoor (dry mango powder, adds a sour profile)
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- lemon juice (optional)
