- 14 oz. cream of coconut
- 3 pineapple (rings of canned, I only had 2, but I'd have used 3 if I had them)
- 3 oz. pineapple juice (from the can)
- 1.5 oz. buttermilk (vegan sub: soy milk and apple cider vinegar)
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 Tbsp. key lime juice (I use Nelly and Joe's)
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp. rum
- 1 drop orange bitters (I used Sycophant Orange & Fig from Crude Bitters)
